Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. Properties are rented on a first come first served basis and require a rental application to be accepted. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. Security deposits are not allowed to be used for rent under any circumstances. -
Is Swift and Falcon Property Management Awesome?
Yes! On a scale of 1 to 10 we are rated as an 11 by many of the most critical metrics. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposits are fully refundable but tenant caused damages may be deducted. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Online applications will be through Rentvine. A separate Swift and Falcon auxiliary application will be required once the online application has been completed and minimum rental requirements established. An in-person or live online property walkthrough are required to complete the application process. For any additional questions please call, email, or text us. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid in a number of ways including paper check, via Zelle, or through the Rentvine online tenant portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
All pets must be disclosed and approved during the initial application and leasing process. If your lease or the property’s policies do not allow pets, you will not be permitted to have one as a resident. However, service and emotional support animals, as defined by law, are not considered pets and may be accommodated in compliance with fair housing regulations.
