Brannan Davis is a third-generation Colorado native who moved to Fort Collins in 2000 to attend Colorado State University, earning his engineering degree in 2004. He spent 17 years as a professional engineer before transitioning to full-time property management in 2021. After purchasing his first rental in 2007, Brannan steadily expanded his experience as both a real estate investor and property manager.

Today, he owns and operates a locally based property management company that specializes in long-, medium-, and short-term residential rentals across Northern Colorado. Known for his hands-on, cost-effective maintenance approach and straightforward client communication, Brannan blends technical precision with practical experience to help owners maximize their investment and ensure tenant satisfaction.

He remains an active investor in long-term rentals and currently serves on the board of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Brannan thrives on the evolving nature of the industry—whether it's integrating AI tools or navigating Colorado’s shifting regulatory landscape.

When he’s not healing broken bones, Brannan enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, snowboarding, chasing his teenage twins, and finding new ways to annoy his family.
